Mosquitoes are gone. Biting gnats aka No-See-ums are gone. I just retired from military and had a hard time deciding to live here with the noseeums. Mosquito Sniper is a part of Anchor Pest and they do a fantastic job. I’ve been using AnchorPest for over a year and have had no bugs in the house. We’ve enjoyed life outside the screened porch all summer. Last summer I was tore up with bites. We have been treated for the mosquitoes in the back yard and that has eliminated the noseeums too. Thank goodness. And the price is right!

Anchor Pest Management in Charleston SC takes care of our home on James Island and also our friends homes in West Ashley and downtown Charleston. Professional and thorough! We had a bad roach infestation that a national company couldn’t even put a dent in until we came across Anchor Pest! Their tech (james) was very clear on what he was going to do and very thorough. Did exactly what he said he was going to do and took his time. He spent at least 45 minutes on the interior and then finished on the exterior. He already set us up for a 10 day follow up, since these type of roaches I guess need a more frequent treatment until they are gone. We set up a reoccurring service and feel confident that this company can handle our problem! Their reviews are spot on based on our experience.

I was looking for a pest control company as I was having a lot of issues with my home, from wasps swarming my front porch, to a rat issue in my crawl space. I found Anchor Pest Management online and called to get some quotes. The lady that answered the phone, I believe her name is Deenna, was so polite and informative. She was able to answer most of my questions and the one that she was not she found the answer and called me back with in 5 min. After calling around to other companies in the area, I called back to Anchor and set up an a pest control package that INCLUDED everything that I was having issues with PLUS MORE!! I can not believe that I was able to get everything for such a low monthly cost. I have received my 1st service and the tech was just as wonderful as the office staff. Very friendly and on time , able to answer any question that i had and he even made my dog feel at ease having a stranger in my home. Anchor is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking a GREAT locally owned pest control I STRONGLY recommend Anchor Pest Management!!!!

They did go though a tough spell finding someone able to handle the phones but have corrected that. Even during that time my service was never interrupted and they always showed up.

Anchor Pest Management was recommended by another pest control company for a termite inspection and treatment. Jennifer was the person we encountered setting up our first appointment. She has been very pleasant, professional and helpful in solving our termite problem. She assured me the technician she was send for the inspection, Robert, would be very thorough. He was.
Robert arrived for our inspection appointment promptly and ready to go to work. He explained each step and was, as Jennifer said he would be, thorough. After explaining the services his company offers and that Jennifer would contact us with a quote, he offered suggestions for things I could do to better secure our home from these pest.
We were pleased with the quote Jennifer sent us and decided to contract them to treat our home.

We use Anchor Pest for our home on Seabrook Island. Recently, we have had issues with wasps getting into the home. My husband is allergic to bees, so this was quite alarming. Deanna, the young lady I’ve been speaking with, has been incredibly persistent in helping us solve this situation. The technicians who have visited our home – top notch. Not leaving the home until they have exhausted all efforts to get rid of the wasps. 5++ stars! Wish all businesses operated in this manner.

Since starting my association with Anchor it has been Dena in the office and her quick response, comprehensive explanation of their services and her professionalism that made the difference in my choosing Anchor for my pest and termite management in my new home. Coupled with the fact that my builder already had a termite bond for the construction process as well as his recommendation that I would get a local company with a terrific reputation and not having to deal with a conglomerate (like my past pest company) who would send a different technician each time and not giving me the confidence that they really knew their jobs. I look forward to working with Anchor in the future and dealing with an intimate-sized local company that has been serving the Charleston area for decades.
We have been working with Anchor since 2020. They are such a great and reliable company. Nick, who did our inspection today was fantastic. He was helpful in sharing areas of concern that we should keep an eye on and be mindful of. Or in other words, the areas at the most risk for termite activity. His feedback is was greatly appreciated. He explained how inspection and services will continue in the years to come and when booster treatments will take place. When sharing we plan to tear up the deck and put down a new stone or concrete patio is was great to learn they include a pre construction treatment.

Wow! We cannot say enough about these guys! Karl and his team are thorough, highly knowledgeable (about everything!) and super responsive. Since switching pest control companies several months ago for both our home and business, we haven’t seen anything! Even though we were building a pool in our backyard! They are proactive and creative with how they negate the creepiest animals and insects from getting inside. I’m not sure how they do it I’m just glad we’ve got them. I cannot say enough about this team. Highly recommend!
