Up front, I have not used Anchor for services. However, today I got home from work and had a door hanger on my home stating that Nick C found my wallet at a job site and he left it on my porch where it could not be seen from the street. I’ve been looking for my wallet for 2 weeks as of now. I wish I had something to give Nick C but the cash was stolen from my wallet and I’ve already canceled all of my cards. I appreciate this team so much for returning this to me. Nick C, if there were any cash left I would certainly have set it aside and handed it right over to you but sadly it was taken. I’m a bartender down town at Port of Call on most weekends. I left my phone number on the Anchor company voicemail. If you’re up for it, let me know when you’re thinking of coming and I’ll buy a round and appetizers for you and up to 3 friends. Thank you so much for returning my property to me. I will reach out to Anchor next time I need any pest control or mold/moisture issues because I know their team is honorable.

We've been with Anchor for years. Maynor came today to treat for mosquitoes. Friends always remark that it's amazing that we live on the water & marsh & rarely feel an insect bite! All the service reps at Anchor do their best to ensure your home is pest free. We love Anchor!

I had a problem with cockroaches and Devin arrived immediately after I called. After checking into the problem, he explained how he was going to treat the problem. Then he went to work. He completed the job efficiently and effectively. Devin was courteous and knowledgeable. I will ask for him in future visits.

Maynor arrived on time and did a great job. He is the first tech that used a broom to go around house to remove cobwebs. He wore shoe covers for inside treatment and was very respectful..

I recently had an Encapsulation annual service and was very impressed with Kelsey in the office and Nick, the service technician who really knows his stuff. Both are highly professional and polite! Nick took the time to not only do the typical service elements, but also to check for other ways to improve my equipment's efficiency. He explained everything and gave me complete peace of mind. My husband and I are beyond happy with Anchor Environmental and can’t wait to continue working with them in the future. We called due to finding pests in our new build and in less than 24 hours we had an appointment. The staff are all friendly, efficient and did a great job clearly stating what was pet safe for our dog right away and areas to avoid for a certain time. We noticed a problem with spiders after our initial service and they came out again to help us rectify the problem. We’ve had no pest problems since! Their prices can’t be beat compared to other companies in the area and we have such peace of mind now knowing our pest problems are resolved.

Fantastic service - Expert employees. We just had an inspection by Vince, from Anchor, and I was very impressed. He was professional and communicated the good and the bad clearly and with pictures. It turns out our crawl space had some issues that he caught, and instead of suggesting we reach out to the company that installed the crawl space and is responsible for its maintenance, he fixed and cleaned what he could (dirty line, partially stopped up pump, and more). These problems should have been caught by Palmetto in the last year or so....Palmetto had also left some insulation behind and Vince offered to reach out to the company on our behalf. Anchor has raised the bar as far as my expectations for pest control is concerned! And hopefully they have many more employees like Vince, who was competent, honest, amicable, and professional...he went above and beyond his job description which is a highly attractive attribute to have in an employee. My general assessment of Vince is that his abilities surpass his job description. To summarize, Anchor's prices are competitive, and their service and employees exceed the competitors in many crucial ways.
